All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to EU and international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at ShopTrendzSupport@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shop-Trendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
